What we collect

EVFeeMapis an informational reference. The state search runs in your browser and sends nothing; opening a state’s page is counted as a page view like any other page. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views — which pages are read, on what kind of device. We do not collect your name, email, or any account information, because there are no accounts and no forms.

Cookies & consent

There is no cookie banner and no consent pop-up. Before Google Analytics loads, each page sets Google Consent Mode defaults by region. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, so Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies and may send limited cookieless measurements. In all other regions, including the United States, analytics and advertising storage are granted by default, so Google Analytics may set its cookies (_ga, _ga_*). The site shows no ads and loads no advertising scripts in any region. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Legal basis & your rights

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding site usage. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and you may object to processing, by emailing info@desymphony.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Data retention & sharing

Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.
